Ark Roofing is an Idaho owned commercial roofing contractor covering Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Washington. Our company was founded on a simple principle of providing quality roofing solutions backed by honest communication, reliable service, and expert craftsmanship.
With more than 35 years combined industry experience, our leadership team brings extensive knowledge in new, re-roof, repairs and maintenance of all commercial roofing systems, including single-ply, metal, BUR systems, and shingles. We pride ourselves in working closely with building owners to provide solutions that maximize performance and long-term value.
At Ark Roofing we take pride in building lasting relationships through integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. Whether we are responding to a leak, maintaining an existing roof, managing a complex roofing project, or helping a building owner plan for the future, our goal is to deliver dependable results and a level of service that sets us apart from the rest.
Nick Smith
Nick Smith is the Co-Owner of Ark Roofing. For nearly 15 years, Nick has built his career in the commercial roofing industry. Starting in the field and working his way through sales, project management, operations, and various leadership positions has given him the background needed to provide a practical understanding of the technical and business sides of the commercial roofing industry. He is continually researching the latest technologies and insights into the roofing industry to ensure he can provide his clients the best product possible for the specific needs.
Today he works with building owners, facility directors, property managers and general contractors throughout the Pacific Northwest to provide the right solution to maximize the life of a building owner’s largest asset. He carries the belief that every one of his clients deserve honest recommendations, clear communication, and a partner that cares as much about their roof as they do.
Seth Adamson
Seth Adamson is the Co-Owner of Ark Roofing. Seth brings more than 22 years experience to the Ark Roofing team. Throughout his career he has worked in every role in the field. Starting off as a laborer and working his way into the Superintendent role has given him a deep understanding of roofing and metal panels that is second to none.
Seth’s extensive field experience and technical expertise make him a valuable resource, not only to the Ark Roofing team, but to our clients as well. He has specialized knowledge of single-ply roofing systems and metal panel systems, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail. His commitment to safety, efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards helps our clients feel confident that their investment is in capable hands.
